We are unable to accept returns on customized items. Made-to-order items can be returned, so long as they have not been personalized.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. If your order is customized or is made-to-order, creation time may take up to two months, as each item is hand crafted by our leather artisan.
